Born Bombay (Now Mumbai), India to British parents, spent most of my childhood in and around the UK. Family moved to Peebles, Scotland when I was 12. Went to Edinburgh University and ended up working with poultry, post-grad in Australia. Returned to Scotland to work in family hotel for 1 year but didn't leave for 13 and never returned to research.
Ended back in Australia in 1999 and have been here in Melbourne ever since.
I've been a keen photographer from a young age and spent many hours in darkrooms processing and printing b/w and colour. I bought my first digital camera in 1999 for normal photography and Interactive 360 degree photography. 360 images were new and in great demand for websites during the dotcom boom. Many clients also required websites which I also built at the time. Commercial real estate agents were my first regular clients for photography and 360s, followed soon by residential real estate. These days I shoot mostly residential real estate and I still get a thrill from it.
None of my work is outsourced for processing, editing etc
